DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Wine is shipped via UPS.

21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER & IN PERSON SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

Deliveries require an adult signature of 21 years of age or older. You will get 3 delivery attempts and email notification with each. In case all delivery attempts fail, your shipment will be held at the local distribution center for an additional 5 business days before being returned to the winery. Within that time period, call UPS Customer Service (800-742-5877) and ask them for the distribution center’s location and hours of operations in order to retrieve your package. You will need to bring a UPS tracking number and valid ID to identify and retrieve your package from UPS distribution center.

FAILED DELIVERIES

In the event of failed deliveries and/or pick ups, customers are fully responsible for all shipping charges, which will include the cost of delivery and the cost of return back to the winery.

TRACKING

Shipping tracking numbers are provided so you are aware of when a shipment is due to be delivered and can arrange for an adult of 21 years of age older to be available to sign for the package.

LEGAL RESTRICTION

Unfortunately, regulations restrict us from shipping alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

REGULATIONS FOR SHIPPING

Wine shipments vary by state. We comply with all regulations based on their individual shipping laws and limitations. Due to current state regulations, we regretfully cannot ship wine to all states.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS ARE INSURED

Please notify the winery if you incur such a shipment.

HEAT & WEATHER CONDITIONS

Because of our sensitivity to the temperature variances that can occur during the summer months, we generally ship Monday through Wednesday. We may, at times, contact customers to consult on overnight shipping or a holding the shipment back to ensure the integrity of their wines.
